What Google Ads Management Costs in Lebanon

Google Ads management in Lebanon costs 20% of your monthly ad spend with a $200 minimum, on top of the budget you pay Google. Worked examples and what it covers.

Google Ads management in Lebanon from Tramano Creative costs 20% of your monthly ad spend, with a $200 minimum, invoiced separately from the budget itself. The ad budget is a second cost: you pay it directly to Google, on your own billing, and it never passes through us. So a $1,500 monthly budget means $1,500 to Google and $300 to us, $1,800 in total. Full details are on our Google Ads in Lebanon page.

That's the short answer. The rest of this post is what those two numbers actually cover, how to pick a budget, and what to expect for the money in the first months.

What are the two costs of Google Ads?

Every Google Ads account has two separate costs, and a good agency keeps them visibly apart:

  1. The ad budget. This is what Google charges for clicks. You set a daily or monthly limit, and Google bills it to the card or account on file. It should be your card, in your account.
  2. The management fee. This is what you pay someone to build and run the campaigns: research, ad copy, conversion tracking, landing pages, weekly adjustments and a monthly report.

When the two are blended into one "package price", you lose the ability to see what Google actually received. Some agencies bill a flat monthly amount, spend part of it on ads and keep the rest, and the client never learns the split. That is the one arrangement to avoid, whoever you hire.

How is the management fee worked out?

It is 20% of what you spend on ads in the month, with a $200 floor. Some worked examples:

  • $500 a month on ads. 20% would be $100, so the $200 minimum applies. Total: $700.
  • $1,000 a month on ads. 20% is exactly $200. Total: $1,200.
  • $1,500 a month on ads. Fee $300. Total: $1,800.
  • $3,000 a month on ads. Fee $600. Total: $3,600.

Because the fee rises with spend, every budget we recommend comes with the reasoning behind it, and you set the ceiling. If the numbers say a bigger budget won't produce more enquiries, the recommendation is not to raise it.

Why is there a $200 minimum?

Because the work doesn't scale down with the budget. Researching keywords in English, Arabic and Latin-character Arabic, writing ads, setting up conversion tracking, adding negative keywords every week and writing a monthly report take about the same time on a $400 account as on a $1,000 one.

Without a floor, small accounts get set up once and then left alone, which is how a cheap campaign ends up quietly spending on searches that never buy anything. The minimum is what keeps a small account actually managed.

How much should a Lebanese business spend on Google Ads?

Less than you might expect to start, because clicks in Lebanon are cheap compared to the Gulf, Europe or North America, and many local categories have only a handful of advertisers.

For most local service businesses, a few hundred dollars a month is enough to learn which searches turn into enquiries. The right number depends on two things:

  • How many people search for what you sell. A niche service may simply not have enough searches to absorb a large budget.
  • What one customer is worth to you. A clinic patient worth hundreds of dollars over a year justifies a very different cost per enquiry than a single café order.

We work this out on the first call rather than quote a budget blind. If the honest answer is that ads won't pay for your business yet, that's the answer you get.

What does the first month actually buy?

Information. The first month of a campaign is about finding out which searches convert, and that usually means some of the budget goes on searches that don't.

One of the campaigns Ralph ran for an online store in Canada is a clear example. In its first month it produced 179 clicks and zero conversions. By month three it had 93 conversions, and by month five, 256, at $1.17 each. Nothing about the product changed. What changed was where the clicks came from: 98% from Bing in month one, 93% from Google search by month three. The full numbers are on the Google Ads page.

Canadian click prices are not Lebanese click prices, so don't read that $1.17 as a forecast. The pattern is the point: month one is the most expensive month per result, and a campaign judged only on its first four weeks is usually judged too early.

What does the fee cover?

For the 20%, the work includes:

  • Keyword and competitor research in English and Arabic, before anything is built.
  • Campaign structure: tight ad groups so each ad matches its search, and negative keywords so you stop paying for searches you don't want.
  • Ad copy, written and tested.
  • Conversion tracking set up properly, including WhatsApp clicks and calls, which matters here because so many sales finish outside the website. See running Google Ads without online payments.
  • Landing pages. Every ad group points at a page that answers that search. We build them, because sending paid clicks to a homepage is the most common way budgets are wasted.
  • A plain monthly report: what was spent, what came in, which searches produced it and what we changed.

What can make Google Ads cost more than it should?

Mostly things the client can't see in a dashboard:

  • Broad keywords that match searches nobody meant to buy from.
  • No conversion tracking, so nobody knows which keywords work and the budget is spread evenly over winners and losers.
  • Ads pointed at the homepage, which lowers Google's quality score and raises what you pay per click for the same position. Why did my cost per click go up? covers this in detail.
  • Billing that breaks. Google bills in US dollars, and some Lebanese cards are refused for international recurring charges. A campaign that stops three days in is wasted setup. We confirm billing works before building anything.

If you already run ads and suspect some of this, the wasted-spend audit is a good place to start.

Should you own the account?

Yes, always. The account should be created under your billing, with you as the owner and the agency added as a manager. You can log in and see every click and every dollar, and if you stop working with us you keep the account and its full history. An agency that won't give you ownership is keeping something from you.

How does this compare with what a website costs?

They solve different problems. Ads buy traffic from the day they switch on; a website is what that traffic lands on. If the site is slow or unfocused, the honest recommendation is to fix it before spending on clicks. What a custom website costs has those numbers: in Lebanon most builds run $1,000–$2,000, with focused single-page builds from $500.

If you want a budget worked out for your business, book the call. You'll leave it with a number and the reasoning behind it, whether or not we end up running the account.

Common questions

Q01

How much does Google Ads management cost in Lebanon?

Tramano Creative charges 20% of your monthly ad spend, with a $200 monthly minimum, invoiced separately from the budget. So $1,000 of spend costs $200 to manage, $1,500 costs $300 and $3,000 costs $600. The ad budget itself goes from you straight to Google and never passes through us.

Q02

What is the minimum budget for Google Ads in Lebanon?

Google sets no real minimum. The practical one is the budget that buys enough clicks to learn what works, and in Lebanon that is often a few hundred dollars a month for a local service. Below that, there is too little data to tell a bad keyword from bad luck.

Q03

Why is there a $200 minimum management fee?

Because the work doesn't shrink with the budget. Keyword research, ad copy, conversion tracking, negative keywords and a monthly report take roughly the same time on a $400 account as on a $1,000 one. The minimum keeps small accounts properly managed instead of quietly neglected.

Q04

Is the ad budget included in the management fee?

No. The budget is paid by you to Google, on your own card, in your own account. The fee is a separate invoice. Keeping them apart means you can always see exactly what Google received and what the management cost, and nothing is marked up in between.

Q05

Can I run Google Ads myself instead?

Yes, and with a small budget and some time it can be the right call. The common failures are broad keywords that spend on irrelevant searches, no conversion tracking, and ads sent to the homepage. If you do it yourself, fix those three first.
